PP-Laminated Film
SIGMA PP-laminated film is extruded using a seven-layer co-extrusion blown film machine, which is exceptional in the medical industry. Using solvent-less lamination technology, it produces medical films that are suitable for steam sterilization. For medical paper sealing, PP-laminated film can be formed into flat/gusseted pouches or reels to package medical devices used in hospitals or dental clinics. Furthermore, the film is suitable as a top material on automatic FFS (Form Fill Seal) machines.
PP-laminated films comply with international standards such as EN 868 and ISO 11607.
SIGMA has the highest quality control systems for every procedure, from product development and design to quality inspection and marketing. With extensive experience in customized manufacturing, we design, develop and produce according to the customer’s requirements.
