Sample Request Tyvek® Flat / Gusseted Sterilization Rolls
SIGMA Tyvek® Flat Sterilization Rolls and Tyvek® Gusseted Sterilization Rolls are made of Tyvek® and transparent medical film for higher visibility of the contents. The roll can be customized according to the length of the instrument and then heat-sealed. Multiple sealing lines are designed to reduce breakage from sharp edged medical devices and maintain the integrity of the sealing after the sterilization.
Plasma sterilization indicator and color change indication are printed on the cover with lead-free and non-toxic water ink, so users can clearly identify the sterilization status.
We provide accurate, safe and customized printing on Tyvek® with high-speed eight-color printing machines and eco-friendly water-based inks, and comply with international regulations such as FDA, EN 868, ISO 11607 and ISO 11140-1.
